Flight is but a metaphor for life.  Learning skill sets and teaching them to others make us better people.  Only by pushing your envelope of performance can you expand it.  Flight can be very unforgiving of errors.  Push the envelope too far and you crash and burn.  Never push the envelope and you can't get off the ground.
